Frequently asked questions

Can I leave my West Beach sticker to my children in my will?
No. West Beach stickers are property of the West Beach Corporation, not your personal property. They follow specific residency rules set by the corporation. Your will can only transfer property you actually own and control.
If I put my Beverly Farms house in a trust, what happens to my beach sticker?
The sticker follows the residence, not your trust documents. Resident stickers are only available to people who live in Beverly Farms within the beach's defined borders. The new resident of the house would be eligible to purchase their own sticker.
How do I make sure my beach access stays in the family after I die?
Focus on how your Beverly Farms real estate transfers in your estate plan. If your beneficiary becomes a resident of the house within the West Beach boundaries, they can purchase their own resident sticker. The sticker itself does not transfer separately from residency.
